Applicant Privacy Notice
What we collect
When you apply for a role or join the Glyph Talent Network, we may collect contact information, location, professional profiles, languages, compensation expectations, availability, résumé/CV information, writing samples, application answers, recruiter notes, structured evaluation scores, interview information, analytical-exercise submissions, and related recruiting correspondence. We also process limited technical data needed to protect the application forms from abuse.
How we use it
We use recruiting information to evaluate candidates, communicate about opportunities, administer interviews and exercises, identify people for future Glyph assignments, plan proposal staffing, document recruiting decisions, and protect the recruitment portal.
Retention
For candidates who are not hired, Glyph's default recruiting retention period is 24 months from submission. Records may be deleted earlier upon an appropriate request, or retained longer when required for legal, contractual, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. If you are hired or engaged, relevant records may be moved into contractor or personnel records governed by a different retention schedule.
Who can access it
Access is limited to people working with Glyph who need the information for recruiting, proposal staffing, administration, security, or legal/compliance purposes. Glyph may use hosting, storage, email, anti-abuse, and other service providers to operate this portal. Information may therefore be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where those providers operate.
Résumé parsing and automated assistance
Glyph may use an AI-assisted résumé parser to extract professional information such as work history, languages, countries worked, methods, tools, sectors, education, and evidence of relevant experience. The parser is designed not to infer protected or sensitive characteristics and is not used to automatically reject, rank, or advance applicants. Hiring and staffing decisions remain with human reviewers.
When automatic parsing is enabled, Glyph extracts machine-readable text from the résumé locally (in the applicant's browser or on Glyph's server) and sends the extracted résumé text, not the original résumé file, to Groq for structured inference. Groq's handling of that text is governed by its current service terms and data controls. The original uploaded résumé remains in Glyph's private recruiting storage.
Your choices
You may ask Glyph to correct or delete recruiting information, or withdraw from the Talent Network, by emailing privacy@glyphanalytics.com. We may need enough information to verify the request before acting on it.
Security
Glyph uses access controls, private file storage, encrypted web transport when deployed over HTTPS, anti-bot controls, and application-level protections intended to reduce unauthorized access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
