The experience below reflects the leadership track record Kraemer Lovelace brings to Glyph Analytics—spanning field implementation, U.S. Government program oversight, and private-sector trade—prior to founding the firm.

Supported U.S. Government oversight, conducted trade analysis to identify promising value chains, and worked with high-value agricultural exporters on SPS certifications and market access for European markets.

Helped design the monitoring and evaluation framework, trained staff and stakeholders in results-based management, analyzed implementation bottlenecks, and participated in the final evaluation of a regional integration and trade-promotion program operating across 12 countries.

Evaluated program performance using independent trade data, helped redirect remaining implementation resources toward stronger opportunities, and contributed to the design of the follow-on activity.

Developed production-cost models, analyzed the poultry value chain, identified processing and cold-chain bottlenecks, trained stakeholders, and helped shape interventions to strengthen domestic competitiveness.

Designed and delivered the initial 30-participant entrepreneurship pilot; a similar curriculum was later adapted and scaled to more than 30,000 participants across Karnataka.

Direct private-sector experience in international commodity trade, including customs requirements, SPS and veterinary issues, ports, producer coordination, import/export processes, and cross-border logistics.
Across trade, economic growth, agriculture, institutional reform, and evidence systems, the management challenge is remarkably consistent: teams need to distinguish activity from progress early enough to change course. Glyph brings that discipline into delivery from the start.
